The Villa
Villa Lucia has been totally rebuild and redecorated in 2007, and became an elegant designed accommodation, ready to create the best atmosphere for our guests.
It is situated on a hill 500m away from Episcopi Village, in a 6 acres area Garden with grass, trees and flowers, and with an aerial view of the Cretan sea.
The interior size of the villa is around 300 square meters separated in two floors with an inside ladder.
In the garden of the villa there is a comfortable pool around 50 sq meters, with sun beds , palm trees and a few sitting areas for your relaxation.
The villa is in the middle of 40 acres full with olive trees and with no other houses around, that makes it unique for those which loves privacy and quietness.

Accommodation
The villa can accommodate 10 to 14 persons in the 5 private bedrooms situated in the second floor.Two bedrooms have queen double bed, and the rest bedrooms have two single beds each that can also be double if necessary.
There are three bathrooms in the villa, two very large bathrooms with two Jacuzzis, in the second floor and a third bathroom is on the ground floor. In the first floor there is a very spacious kitchen fully equipped and an extra large elegant sitting lounge with a wide 52inc screen satellite TV, DVD player music stereo, fire place and all the rest facilities that would make you feel like home.

From Piraeus, there are frequent timetables to Rethymno during all year.The distance from Piraeus to Rethymno is 8 hours. Rethymno is also connected to the Cyclades islands.There are also plenty schedules every day from the ports of Chania and Heraklion connecting to Piraues and Cycaldes islands.
Visit Crete by Airplane
From the Eleftherios Venizelos airport at Spata Athens, there are flights to the town of Hania, and Hraklion, through the year. The duration of the flight is 40 minutes. From the airports there is bus service to Rethymno.
